Old Cavalier Bourbon is an 11 year old single barrel bourbon. Each bottle is individually hand labeled and numbered.  This bourbon is exceptionally well balanced with notes of Buttery toffee that coat the mouth, a hint of black pepper and cinnamon. It has a very smooth finish with notes of dried spices.
