Description
This is the 20th release in the Abraham Bowman Limited Edition Whiskey series from A. Smith Bowman Distillery: Gingerbread #2. Based off the Distillery’s previous gingerbread-finished Abraham Bowman Limited Edition Whiskey, this whiskey starts with the traditional bourbon recipe and is distilled to 144 proof off the still, then is matured in select white oak barrels for more than seven years. After seven years, the bourbon was transferred to freshly emptied Gingerbread Stout barrels, where it was left to finish maturing for over three years.
