Bottled at 100 proof, it is supervised under the “Bottled in Bond” Act, ensuring the distillate is made completely at the distillery on the label. Tasting notes include nectarines, clover honey, deep earthy spice, forest, sandalwood, cigar tobacco, uncured bacon, a hint of mesquite, white peaches and peanuts.
