This bottle is one of a handful produced from a single cask, distilled and aged in the Blue Ridge Mountains at Virginia Distillery Company. Exceptional casks are set aside for the Courage & Conviction Single Cask program and this one was hand selected by Virginia ABC. This whisky is not filtered, aged for a minimum of four years, and bottled at cask strength. Bourbon Cask #545 was filled in 2016, and aged for five years and eleven months. This cask showcases notes of brown sugar, orange peel, walnut and cinnamon.
