Old Elk Straight Wheat Whiskey Single Barrel offerings are between 9 years old, bottled at cask strength, and have a custom high-wheat mash bill that consists of  95% wheat and 5% malted barley.  These specific barrels were hand selected by the Old Elk production team, with all barrels unanimously passing the 5-member sensory panel.  All of these Old Elk Wheat Whiskey single barrels were selected specifically for Virginia.
