The Gem of Kentucky is the premiere offering from 2XO. It is our single-barrel series, meaning these barrels are not blended before bottling. The barrels are exclusively selected by Dixon from double-barreled stocks of the high rye bourbon mash bill (35% rye) and spend an extended amount of time in new charred oak barrels before bottling. The char levels provide additional complexity, character, and flavor, which make each barrel unique.
