This bottling consisted of five unique barrels utilizing two different mash bills and five different yeast strains to create one of a kind results. Each barrel will differ from the others due to the mash bill and yeast, as well as the basic aging in wood, which varies due to the barrel and its placement in the rickhouse. All are specially selected by Virginia ABC.
