West Cork 8 Year Small Batch Irish Whiskey

A non-chill filtered whiskey distilled in handbuilt copper pot stills from 100 percent locally grown Irish barley and spring water sourced within 5 km of the distillery. The whiskey is matured for eight years in first-fill, flame-charred American bourbon barrels sourced from the Calvin Cooperage. The whiskey exudes sweet floral aromas with hints of green apples, with rich flavor notes of malt, green apple, cracked nuts and mild spice. The floral finish features lasting sweetness and hints of citrus fruit.
