This is the first ever Irish Whiskey finished in rye casks from a Virginia distillery. Cask strength limited to 2600 bottles worldwide. Nose: Honey, vanilla, lemon peel, peppermint, pear candies. Palate: Creamy vanilla, candied ginger, clove. Finish: Dying spices, cinnamon and coffee.
