Part of the Clonakilty Cask Finish Series, Single Grain Bordeaux Cask Finish uses a nine-year-old premium Irish grain. It is gently cut and finished in carefully selected Bordeaux casks at an Atlantic Ocean warehouse. On the nose, it offers toasted oak and sweet red berries. On the palate, it is fruity with flavors of strawberries, honey, vanilla and wood spice.
